Kickboxing teaches you how to combine your boxing skills with the devastating kicks of Muay Thai.  By learning to use a variety of combinations with hands and feet you will become a complete and dangerous fighter. 
Muay Thai will teach you how to use knees and elbow strikes with devastating results.  We will also teach you how to work out of a clinch and defend against inside attacks.  For those interested in MMA, there will also be a focus on transitioning from wresting clinch positions to a Thai clinch. 


Wrestling is one of the oldest combative sports.  Today, it is an important component in any MMA competitor’s arsenal.  You will learn takedowns, throws and defense.  Wrestling also provides and excellent workout, focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and explosive power.   




Fraser's Kickboxing works in conjunction with Don Whitefield of West Coast Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Submission Fighting, to provide you with the ultimate in MMA coaching.  For those serious about competing in the ever increasingly popular sport of mixed martial arts, this offers a balance of the stand up skills of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai along with specifically MMA oriented Brazilian Jujitsu.  Through this program you have the opportunity to learn from two specialized instructors in order to achieve maximum results and gain the necessary skills to become a champion.
